HP5023 is an automatic handling machine to supply IGBT device which is stored in tray for measurement station in horizontal transport method. It checks each electrical characteristics by judging flat level with reading the second dimension at rotary table. Devices are stored OK or not OK tray by sort program based on the judgment.
